My approach
I am a psychologist who received my PhD in clinical psychology in 2015. In my 10+ years experience working in community mental health I have learned how to tailor evidence based treatment without losing the core change elements. I provide supervision aimed at challenging clinicians to build robust conceptualizations and balance patient led practices with challenging thought and behavior experiments to connect the client with their community and facilitate change. Being a faculty at UW teaching an applied practicum course gives me unique experience in supporting newer staff in both clinical approach as well as building their business.
